About the Show:
A slice out of the urban scene for a closer a look at the need for love. Aside comical relief, moments of destitute, reflection and accomplishment shine through. The choreography paints a clear picture of the metropolitan subways in which a young woman experiences the throws of a relationship..Carefully crafted movements take the inhabitants of this urban platform through the comical yet absolute need for that four letter word: love.

We look to the past for inspiration from the timeless works and traditions of dance and to the future for opportunities to create a unique artistic expression of our world. Our vision recognizes the importance of the performing arts in enriching the lives of all people and involves the collaborative creation of new works by resident and guest choreographers. Our ultimate goals are to explore and create new and lasting dance, to present works that engage a diverse audience, to provide performance opportunities for professional artists and give back to communities through educational programs.
