Carlos Henrique Raposo was a hotshot on and off the field. This biographical work describes how he used fancy footwork to combine child trafficking with the world of soccer.

About the Playwright

Carlos Contreras Elivira has published more than twenty pieces – encompassing theatre, poetry, non-fiction and journalism. His work has been translated into English, German, Italian, Polish, Czech and Portuguese. He has won a number of major prizes, including the Premio Internacional de Poesía Leonor, the Premio Marqués de Bradomín, the Premio de Poesía Joven (awarded by Spain’s national broadcaster, RNE), the Premio Internacional de Teatro Antonio Buero Vallejo, the Premio de la Sociedad General de Autores y Editores de España and the Premio Nacional de Teatro Calderón de la Barca. He also has been awarded grants to support literary creation at the Residencia de Estudiantes de Madrid, Centro Dramático Nacional de España, Real Academia de España in Rome and New York University. Since 2016, he is a member of the Academia de las Artes Escénicas de España.
